Rice and Beans with peppered veggies

Parboiled the beans and rice separately. Then set the parboiled rice aside. Return the bean to fire. When the bean is tender but not cooked add the parboiled rice, salt and onions, cooked until both are soft. Then take off fire

For the vegetables sauce, I use more of tomatoes. Blend your tomatoes, Pepper, onions and crayfish. Put a fry pan on heat source, add the blended tomatoes puree and fry till the water dries up. Add salt and seasoning cubes. Then add the sliced vegetables and allow to simmer for like 5minutes. Take off fire and serve with your rice and beans
