Ingredients

  1. 2.2 poundsbeef with bone for stew
  2. 1zucchini
  3. 2carrots
  4. 1potato
  5. 1/2chayote
  6. 1/4sliced onion
  7. 1tomato
  8. 2 clovesgarlic or 1 tablespoon seasoned garlic in oil
  9. 1/4 teaspoonoregano
  10. 1 pinchthyme
  11. 1 pinchcumin
  12. 2tomato bouillon cubes
  13. 1little coarse salt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the vegetables, peel the carrots, and chop everything to your liking. Slice the onion and blend the tomato.

    Add the cleaned beef, all the vegetables, the blended tomato, garlic, and onion to the slow cooker. Also add the seasonings, tomato bouillon, and a little salt. Finally, fill the pot with water, leaving 1/2 inch from the top. Cover and cook on low mode overnight.
