Chicken and Swiss Chard Burgers

Finely chop the garlic, onion, cilantro, Swiss chard leaves, and bell pepper. Set aside one Swiss chard leaf for plating.

Add the chopped vegetables to the ground chicken.

Mix well, add salt, and stir in the egg.

Combine and add breadcrumbs until the mixture holds together and you can form patties without them falling apart.

Fry the patties and serve, garnishing with the reserved Swiss chard leaf.
