Clean and chop the veggies into desired size

In a pan, heat oil and sauté the onions till pink.

Add the tomatoes, hoho and Courgette. Cook until well done.

Add in the cabbage and salt to taste. Sprinkle the tumeric powder and stir well until done to how you like it. I enjoy mine crunchy.
