Wash nd strain ofals,in a pressure pot add ofals,add in onion salt,nutmeg,nd cloves,add little water and close the pot nd let it on fire fore 10mins.

Remove on heat,add in scotch bonnte,locust beans powder(daddawa)as in very much, add in tattashe,seasoning of choice,nd add fried palmoil to it,add in garlic stir it all together nd add little more water,put back on fire nd let it on for 15 mins,untill well cooked nd the soup is stiff,turn off heat nd dried mint leaves,serve and enjoy
