Ingredients

10 mimiutes
1 serving
  • 1 cupbatter for dosa(1/2 cup urad dal,soaked and 1/2 cup rice soaked
  • 1 pinchfenugreek seeds soaked,5 hrs, grind it
  • 2 tspgrated coconut
  • 1 tspground nut roasted
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1 tspmustard seeds
  • 1 tspcurry leaves
  • 1green chilli
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tsplime juice
  • 1whole red chilli
  • 1 tspoil

Steps

10 mimiutes
  1. 1

    In a mixture jar put all things execpt cumin, mustard and whole chilli.

  2. 2

    Grind it with the help of water.

  3. 3

    Take it out from the jar.

  4. 4

    Temper it with cumin mustard seeds.

  5. 5

    Heat a pan put oil,let it heat.

  6. 6

    Add cumin seeds, mustard,red chilli,let it crackle.

  7. 7

    Pour it in the Chutney.

  8. 8

    Keep the batter whole night for fermentation.Grease a pan,let it heat pour dosa batter in it,spread it thinly.

  9. 9

    Let it be crisp.

  10. 10

    Serve it hot and crisp.

  11. 11

    This batter can be kept for 2 days.

  12. 12

    It can be use any time.
