Ingredients

  • 1onion
  • 2tomatoes
  • Cooking oil
  • 1 bunchsukumawiki and 1 bunch spinanch
  • 1 bunchdhania
  • 300 gboiled meet

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onions till golden brown

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes untill well cooked

  3. 3

    Add meat and stir continuously for three minutes

  4. 4

    Add spinanch and sukuma then salt

  5. 5

    Stir for two minutes and taste salt then remove from heat.

  6. 6

    Garnish with dhania then serve with hot ugali.
