Slice into small pices your cut of meat

Take your cut of pork or meat in a food processor or blender in small batches pulse the meat till its a paste

Look over the meat carefully for little chunks it should be smooth and consistent.

Add spices

Kneed into a dough

Add cornstarch or arrowroot powder

Work it into the meat dough

Form into balls they are ready to cook. Use in soups, hotpots, sandwiches, bao steam buns and so on

If no food processor or blender, you can chop it into a paste it is a lot of work but can be done. Note if making fishballs use a tablespoon of fish sauce.

Note also. You can use baking powder to make the ball puffy and lite
