It's a quintessential healthy side dish preferably served as a delicious starter in different parties and functions.

Peel and cut the pineapple into medium chunks as shown.

Marinate the pineapple chunks with salt, sugar, honey, lemon juice, turmeric powder, chilli powder, black pepper powder (combined together) at least for 15 minutes.

Heat a grill pan. Sprinkle oil on it. Add butter and spread all over with the help of a spatula. Place the pineapple chunks on the pan and grill both the sides until golden brown.

Serve the grilled pineapple chunks hot.
