Ingredients

  • 2eggs
  • 1 cuponion,ginger,garlic and tomato puree
  • 1 tspcumin seed
  • 1bay leaf
  • 1 tspred chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil egg and peel the shell off

  2. 2

    Heat oil and fry the eggs

  3. 3

    Add cumin seed bay leaf and the masala paste

  4. 4

    Saute till oil separates

  5. 5

    Add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli Powder

  6. 6

    Now add garam masala powder and sugar mix well

  7. 7

    Serve it with rice
