Steps

Pull out snail from the shell wash in water with alom and rinse with very hot water,ensure it is very clean,season with maggi and onions,cook for like Five minutes

Slice vegetable and rinse with veryhot water firstly and again with cold water pour in a sieve to drain out water

Blend the pepper and onions(not smooth)

Fry with the palm oil till water driesoff
- 5
Add the seasoned snail,little salt and maggi cover to boil for like 3minutes
- 6
Add the vegetable stir well and allow to heat for a minute
