Ingredients

  • Chicken (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 kggizzard (chicken or turkey)
  • 25 clVegetable oil
  • Well ripe tomatoes(20-25pcs)
  • 5big ripe tatashe
  • Small quantity of shombo
  • 10 PCsyellow or miango pepper
  • 2big balls of onions
  • cubesSeasoning
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash tatashe and shombo and blend smooth, then blend the tomato and the paper once to have a rough paste, cook together to dry the water

  2. 2

    Wash the gizzard and the chicken, cut chicken in smaller sizes and cook until they are done. If it is turkey gizzard, cut into smaller pieces when it is done.

    Wash and cut one onion ball and smash in a mortar or blend roughly

    Heat the oil, then cut the second onions, put then add the tomato paste and fry, add the marshed onions and fry also.

  5. 5

    Add the gizzard, seasoning cubes, salt and the chicken with the stock and cook until the oil comes up.

  6. 6

    Parboil the basmati rice and wash, then cook until it is done. Then serve with the gizzard sauce and have a yummy meal.
