Peel and cut yam and sweet potatoes into tiny bits then put in a pot on fire, grind pepper and crayfish. Cut kpomo into desired shapes. Cut and wash ugwu and keep aside.

Add, seasoning cubes, salt, grinded pepper and crayfish, kpomo, and Palm oil and allow to cook till soft.

Open and stir, match some pieces of yam to make a thick paste. Then add ugwu simmer for some minutes and remove from heat and serve.
