Steamed Milo Lava Cake

I got the recipd from Trivina Kitchen on Youtube.
Milo is a huge thing here, basically it is a chocolate malt powdered drink that is sold nearly everywhere.
If you don't have access to it you can usr any choco drink of your favourite or replace it with something similar.

Steps

Mix the egg and sugar until the sugar melts.

Then add in the melted butter. Mix thoroughly.

Dissolve the Milo in hot water water then add in to the sugar mixture. Combine again.

Add the flour. Mix until evenly combined. Put into moulds.

Steam in a preheated steamer for about 8 minutes.

Serve while still warm.

The cooking time might vary depends on your moulds.
