Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cut the pork into pieces like this and set aside in a container.
- 2
Combine the pork marinade ingredients and mix well on the stove. Let it boil for a while until it turns reddish.
- 3
Wait for the marinade to cool, then pour it over the pork. Massage it in and marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight (from experience, overnight marinating makes it more delicious than 2 hours. The pork becomes tender, and the sauce is more absorbed).
- 4
When ready to cook, cut the vegetables for skewering. Skewer them as you like, according to your imagination.
- 5
Before grilling, prepare the butter and basting sauce.
- 6
When grilling, baste with butter first. When almost done, apply the sauce and grill for a little longer before removing. No dipping sauce is needed as the marinade is already flavorful.
- 7
- 8
Enjoy your meal, everyone!

BBQ, Sweet Chili, & Peach Bacon Wrapped Shrimp Kabobs BBQ, Sweet Chili, & Peach Bacon Wrapped Shrimp Kabobs
Makes 8-10 Skewers. In the summer we love to cook on the grill. Skewers or Kabobs are something I am fond of. I'd never grilled peaches before but I've seen it done and always wanted to try it. Peach flavor pairs so well with bbq sauce. My favorite part is that there are 3 food groups on 1 stick! We had no peppers so I improvised with broccoli! Yum! This can be made in the oven or on the grill, and also in an air fryer as well! Chef Mommy Nessa -
