Ingredients

  • Carrots
  • Ginger
  • Simple syrup or honey
  • Orange juice
  • Orange slice for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut carrots and peel ginger.

  2. 2

    Cut into small pieces and blend add water and blend

  3. 3

    Make a simple syrup and allow to cool

  4. 4

    Sieve blended carrots and mix together with syrup and orange juice.

  5. 5

    Serve chilled.
