Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1stem banana
  2. 1 tsp tamarind paste
  3. 1 tspdhaniya powder,
  4. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  5. 2 tspmustard
  6. 2 tspurad dal
  7. 1 cupgrated coconnut
  8. 1 tspperungayam
  9. 1 tspsalt, cooking oil
  10. 1 bunchcurry leaves

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel the vegetable and cut into pieces. cook for 5 minutes.

  2. 2

    Then add the tamarind paste, dania powder, red chilli powder, salt and aboil for 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Then add the grated coconut.

  4. 4

    In another pan add little oil fry the mustard, perumgayam, urad dal curry leaves add to the gravy.

  5. 5

    Tasty gravy is ready.
