First of all in pressure cooker add spinach leaves and add sarso ka saag add some water,half tsp salt and make leaves soft.

Now mix it add 1tbsp makki flour and grind it with the help of hand blender.

Make a tadka take a pan add ghee and add cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste,add onion,tomato, green chilli, and make a soft

Now add all spieces. And mix it well.

Then add saag and take a mix and take rest for 5 to 10 mints

For makki ki roti take a big bowl add makki ka flour and make a dough with the help of water.

Take a tawa.

Make a raw chapati with the help of hands and when tawa will be hot add it and make a chapati.

Now take a plate in one bowl add saag with desi ghee and place it chapati.
