Cut amla in pieces, add them in grinder jar, along with 1/2tbs seasame seed, and red chillies, make a paste then add 2 tbs grated coconut grainded again,, keep this aside

Take a pan or kadai, add 3 tbs coconut oil(optional) you can take normal oil, heat it well once it heated add jeera, mustard, udad daal, chana daal, peanut, curry leaves, hing let them sizzle,add turmeric powder, then add grainded amla paste

Cook it well till raw small of amla goes off, then add rasam powder cook it for 30 sec. Switch off the flame then add 2 tbs jaggery, mix well

Then add cooked rice, mix well, add 2 tbs grated coconut, mix well, you can also add 1 tbs coconut oil(optional) mix well, serve hot.
