Heat the ghee in a pan, add 3-tbsp besan and cook on a slow flame for 3-4 minutes.

Till it turns light brown in colour add 5-tbsp singhara flour.stirring continuously 5- minutes.

Add Cardamom powder, chopped almonds, and will stirring continuously.

Switch of the flame and serve hot.garnish with kaju and almonds
