Cut meat, wash and seasoned with maggi, spices, onion, grated ginger and garlic then cook on high heat for 30 minutes, add salt to taste and stir and cook for 3 minutes then put off heat

Heat up oil and fry as you desired,

Serve alone or any dish of choice
