  • 200 gmMaida
  • 4 tspOil
  • as neededWater
  • 2 pinchBaking soda
  • To tasteSalt
  • For Chat
  • 2Onion
  • To tasteGreen chillies
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1 tspRed chiili powder
  • 1 tspCorinder power
  • as neededTomato sauce
  • 1 tspChat masala
  • 1/2 tspRock salt
  • As needed Corinder chutney
  • As neededImli chutney
  • As neededYogurt
  • As neededSev
  • 4 tspBeetroot chopped
  • Samosa filling
  • 2Boiled mashed potato
  • 1/4 tspCumin seed
  • 2Onion
  • 1/2 tspGinger chopped
  • 1/2 tspGarlic chopped
  • To tasteGreen chillies
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspCorinder powder
  • 1 tspCumin and black pepper powder
  • 1/2 cupPeas
  • As neededPeanut
  • As neededCoriander leaves

  1. 1

    For flour, mix maida,salt baking soda, oil and then mix it and make it dough.

  2. 2

    For filling.in a pan add cumin seed till it get brown then add onion, blended ginger garlic chillies then saute till it becomes brown

  3. 3

    Then add red chiili,cumin black pepper,coriander powder and saute till the oil comes out

  4. 4

    Then add salt peanut and peas and then add the mashed boiled potatoes

  5. 5

    Then make a semicircular roti then fill the potatoes filling in that and then fold it like a coupon then stick.it's end with water. Then deep.fry it

  6. 6

    Take samosas, grated chilles onion.carrot, beetroot and put it in a plate then add curd and all chutneys.

  7. 7

    Then add sauce,chart masala,rock salt. As according to your taste
