First mix all the dry ingredients.Then take out the fresh juice of the two oranges.

Then mix all the wet ingredients orange juice, milk, condensed milk.

Beat them together to form a smooth cake batter.

Bake it at 180 degrees for 25 mins.

Then with the help of a cutter do small holes in the cake and spread a wet mixture(by adding them together and mixing it well) made out of orange jello, condensed milk, and Lukewarm water.

Refrigerate the cake for half an hour. Then spread the whipped cream on the cake.

Cut it into pieces and decorate it with some more whipped cream and slice of orange.
