For the efo :Wash all vegetables and chop separately. Add palm oil in pot and fry tomatoes, pepper and onions. Grind ur crayfish and add. Wash fish, season and cook then remove from stock and keep, pour stock into fried tomatoes and season to taste then allow to boil for 2-3 mins. Add washed efo and stir, chop onions and add, add fish that was earlier removed stir then remove from heat.

Pick stones from beans wash then parboil till almost soft and rinse. Wash rice and parboil then combine both and add salt then cook till soft.
