Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1 cupgram flour
  3. 1 cupFinely chopped fenugreek leaves
  4. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  5. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  6. 1 tspGarlic paste
  7. 1 pinchAestofida
  8. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all above ingredients and form a medium soft dough

  2. 2

    Make oval dumplings or muthiyas by rolling small dough balls on palms.

  3. 3

    Deep fry the muthiyas.. serve hot. Serve with green chutney.
