Steps
- 1
Grind together all the ingredients except peanut powder to a smooth paste.
- 2
Take out in a microwave safe glass bowl. Then mix in peanut podwer. Then cook this mixture on a double boiler on low flame for 10 minutes while stirring. Turn off heat after the mixture reaches fudge consistency.
- 3
Alternatively, microwave this on 20% power for 5 minutes while stirring in between. Then take out once the mixture is thick.
- 4
Then cool this mixture in a greased and butter paper lined tray for 10 minutes. Garnish with roasted peanuts and sesame seeds. Chill for 1 hour and then cut in desired shapes and serve. Also can be served in individual bowls as an aftermeal dessert. Happy Sankranti to all !!
