Katsu-don is one of my favorite meals. If you're interested in Japanese food, it's a good idea to try this.
Steps
- 1
Chop the onion. Heat the oil in a pot over high heat, and when the oil reaches 340-355°F (170-180°C), reduce to medium heat.
- 2
Poke more than 10 holes in the meat. Place breadcrumbs, flour, and 1 egg on separate plates. Beat the egg well. First, coat the meat in flour.
- 3
Second, dip the meat in the egg. Then coat it with breadcrumbs.
- 4
Place the meat in the hot oil and fry for 1 minute. Then turn it over and fry for another minute. Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.
- 5
In a pan over high heat, combine water, soy sauce, white wine, sugar, and chopped onion. Cut the fried meat and beat 3 eggs.
- 6
When the onion is tender, add the cutlets and pour the eggs into the pan. Reduce to medium heat and cook until the eggs are set.
- 7
Place the cooked rice on a plate and then top with the pork cutlet and eggs. It's ready to serve and enjoy. I look forward to your photo response.
