2 servings
  1. 4medium sized carrots
  2. Ginger (as desired)
  3. Sugar (as desired)

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and scrap carrot and ginger.

    Cut into bits, put in a blender, add cold water and blend until smooth. Filter using a sieve cloth. Add sugar, stir until sugar dissolves.

  3. 3

    Your carrot drink is ready! Serve chilled!
