Salt and pepper to taste
a few mint leaves (5 to 8)1 medium onion diced finely
2 garlic cloves crushed and chopped
2 green chillies chopped finely
a few capers - around 8 to 10 (optional)
handful of chopped parsley
1 teaspoon of Sumac (optional)
1 tablespoon of lemon
