Ingredients

  1. 2chopped onions
  2. 1chopped tomato
  3. 1chopped carrot
  4. 1chopped capsicum
  5. 4-5chopped beans
  6. leavesMeethi
  7. 8-10Kadi leaves
  8. 150 gpanner
  9. 1chopped green chilli
  10. Coriander leaves
  11. Masale
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. to tasteRed chilli powder
  14. 1 tspGaram masala
  15. 1 tspTurmeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat up oil in a pan. Add all chopped vegetables mentioned above.

  2. 2

    After 3-4 minutes add all dry masale and cook it for 2-3 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add crushed panner and mix it well.

  4. 4

    Garnish it with coriander leaves.
