Steps

Wash the chicken, cut into pieces and boil add seasonings, garlic & ginger paste salt and allow it to boil for some minutes

Heat up the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken until golden brown, keep aside

In another pot heat oil and add the grated scotch bonnet pepper etc, fry it for at least 5mins add little chicken stock and allow it to simmer then add the fried chickens and mixed up, enjoy
