Steps

Take a kadhai,add oil,roast ground nuts separately and Cashew nuts separately and keep it aside.Roast grated dry coconut and keep it aside. Take lil oil add mustard seeds, allow them to crackle and add asafoetida,turmeric,curry leaves,red chilli,salt and now add thin poha and roast it till becomes crispy.Keep it in low flame.

Garnishing: Add roasted ground nuts and Cashew nuts,sprinkle grated dry coconut on top of it.
