Seasonings
Fish Fry Mix
Canola Oil

Remove skin from Shark steak, cut into cubes

Season the way you like and add fish fry batter. Once pan is hot, Pan fry on medium heat for 3 mins each on each side

They will come out crispy and tender and excellent to taste !

Tarter sauce or cocktail should be just what you need to finish it off.
