In a medium bowl combine flaxseed meal, almond flour, hemp seeds, brewers yeast, sugar, salt and optional cinnamon.

Melt coconut oil or grassfed butter in a small pot and remove from heat.

Mix the vanilla and liquid stevia (optional) into the coconut oil/butter.

Add eggs, almond butter and gelatin to wet ingredients and mix. Then pour into the dry ingredients and mix to combine

Add the chocolate chips last and mix to combine.

Bake at 350 for 12 min and keep refrigerated.
