Soak black chana for 8 hours.

Wash it and cook chana in a pressure cooker till it's done,add salt according to your style,I used to add a little now and adjust afterwards

In a kadhai heat coconut oil splutter mustards add dry red chillies, Curry leaves,adjust the flame so that mustard and chillies won't burn add grated coconut and saute for one minute

Then add cooked chana adjust the salt I love it with lots of soup in it,so I use the water along with chana you can leave back the water if not needed.
