500 gmsprawn
6onions
2chillies slited
1 springcurry leaves
1 tspginger garlic paste
1 tsphaldi / turmeric
1 tspred chilli powder
2 tbspDhaniya powder /coriander powder
1 tspgarmasala
5 tbspoil
a pinchhing (asafoetida) and sugar
to tastesalt

Wash prawns in haldi and salt.
2

Put oil in kadhai. add chillies hing and sugar. Then chopped onion.
3

Add ginger garlic paste. add prawns add all masalas including salt.

Add glass of water cover it cook 15min.
