Steps

  1. 1

    Wash, peel and strip the potatoes, soak in water with vinegar, fry till browned

  2. 2

    Heat some oil in a pan, break the egg directly in the pan sprinkle some salt, reduce the heat and cover the pan so that the steam win help cook the egg
