Burabuskon gero is made from millet, take the desired amount of millet for scaling there after you wash the grain using calabash known as (riga) in Hausa is a process where sand is separated from the grain. When you finish allow it to dry and take it for grounding half done not complete powder, use sieve to sieve out the powder and the couscous like is what is needed here. Moisten it with water and put it in a steamer, allow it to cook for some times and turn it to ensure that every part is well cooked. When it is done you put off the flame and serve with soup of your choice.

Steps

    Take the amount of millet for scaling.

  2. 2

    Wash the grain using calabash known as (riga) in Hausa to. Allow it to dry and take it to grounding machine. Sieve it and use the couscous like grain for cooking.

  3. 3

    Moistened it with water and put it in a steamer to cook, turn it from time to time to ensure it is evenly cooked. When it is done you serve with soup that you like.
