That's why we are making paneer paratha recipe in english. We should to eat paneer paratha with curd in the mornings of winter to make ourselves happy and healthy.
Steps

Take a bowl and add 500 grams of flour into it.
Make a soft dough with it and keep it aside.
Now take a pan and add 1 tbsp of oil into it.
Add 1 pinch of cumin seeds and let it crackle. - 2
Now add fine chopped onion and fine chopped capsicum and saute it until it gets light brown in colour.
Then add grated carrot and grated cauliflower into it. - 3
Cook all this for atleast 5 to 10 minutes.
Add chopped green chillies and fine chopped coriander leaves for better taste.
Now add the most important grated paneer into it.You can also add it by cutting it finely.
After adding paneer add salt as per taste.
Your stuffing is ready, now we have to make paratha. - 4
Now we have to do is to take the dough and break it into small parts about a size of your feist.
Now take one part and make a space around it so that you can fill up it with fillings. - 5
Now put some stuffing into it and then close the mouth of the dough so that the fillings should not come out.
Take a roller and roll the stuffed dough equally.
Now heat a griddle and put this flattened dough at it.
Cook it with both the sides until it gets somehow red in colour. - 6
Somehow red in colour.
Now add 1 tsp of ghee both the sided of the paratha.
Your paneer paratha is ready
Serve it hot with curd and some type of chatni - 7
