Steps

Take a mixing bowl add all and knead a soft dough and take a side for 15 mintues

Heat oil into a pan add mattar,ginger/garlic paste, green chilli, all dry masala's, coconut,salt and mix well and mash all mixture and let the mixture cool

Now roll the dough into puris place the mixture in the center of them and give shape to karanjis

Deep fry them till golden brown

Mattar karanji is redy to serve it serve hot with chutney or sauce
