It’s my favourite part of soup Wednesday in the #cookpadkitchen and I’m away this week, so thought I’d try it myself! Simple & quick recipe :)

Steps

Heat the oven to 220 degrees.

Line a cake tin with butter
- 3
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl
- 4
In another bowl beat eggs, add melted butter and remaining wet ingredients.

Mix all ingredients together until a batter is formed
- 6
Add to cake tin and put in oven for 25 minutes or until a knife can enter and come out clean.

Leave to rest for 10 minutes and then slice up and serve with food!
