In a pan put oil fry the methi leaves for 2 min and keep aside.

In a pan put ghee and add bay leaf and onion and fry for 2 min then add gravy and cook for 5 min then add matar and fry for 2 min then add Methi leaves and fry for 2 min then add roasted masala then add milk and cook for 5 min.... and add salt to taste....

Then add. Malai and cover it and cook for 5 min ghee will be come sides

Delicious matar methi malai is ready

Serve with Naan and Roti...
