1 bowlsuji
3-4 spooncurd
as neededWater
As neededpeas
1/2onion
1/2tomato
Pinchbaking soda
To tasteSalt
to tasteRed chilli powder
as neededTomato ketchup

Chopped onion and tomato.

Then add suji to the bowl. Mix curd in it.

Now add rest of the ingredients along with the vegetables. Mix them well.

Put the batter in an idli stand.

Cook it for 2.5 minutes in a microwave.

Your vegetable idli is ready.....you can have it with Sauce.
