During winter season green vegetables are available in abundance. Therefore, we are always happy to make and eat delicious fusion food. Today I am sharing methi chicken which is a mouth watering dish and must try for all.

During winter season green vegetables are available in abundance. Therefore, we are always happy to make and eat delicious fusion food. Today I am sharing methi chicken which is a mouth watering dish and must try for all.
Steps

Marinate the chicken with salt, turmeric powder, curd, paprika powder for about ten minutes.

Then heat a kadai with butter then add whole garam masala then add chopped onion, garlic, ginger paste,green chilli cook till brown in colour, then add tomato, marinated chicken,salt to taste the mix it thoroughly then cover it and cook, after 5 minutes add methi leaves, again cook another 10 minutes, then pour cashew nuts and almond paste mix thoroughly then add kasori methi, garnish with mint leaves, serve hot with rice.
