Ingredients

  • Baobab powder
  • Groundnut oil
  • Meat 🥩
  • Seasoning (maggi n salt)
  • Spices (thyme, curry)
  • Locust bean
  • Garlic n ginger paste
  • Pepper (red chili 🌶 n scotch bonnet,onion)
  • Potash

Steps

  1. 1

    Add g/nut oil in a clean pot 2 fry, den add ur garlic n ginger paste wit onion

  2. 2

    Add ur locust bean wit ur meat 🥩 2 all fry including ur pepper

  3. 3

    Add amount of water 2 cook d meat 2 tender,add ur seasoning n spices, wen tender

  4. 4

    Add a potash b4 u whisk ur baobab powder in ur steak wit 1 or 2 maggi

  5. 5

    Allow it 2 cook on low heat n off den serve wit any tuwo of ur choice.
