Nikale hue soyabean main 1 tbsp soya sauce,red chilli powder and corn flour daale or achi tarah mix karle

Frying pan main 90 ml oil garam kare.jab woh garam ho jaye toh soyabean ko daale aur deep fry kare.nikal ke alag rakh de.

Frying pan main bache hue 10 ml oil ko heat kare.jab woh heat ho jaye toh garlic daale or fry karle.

Ab saare veggies(coriander aur onion ke leaves ke alava) ko daale or fry karle.

Ab isme salt,jeera powder or black pepper powder daale or fry karle.

Ab isme soya sauce or tomato ketchup daale or mix karle.
