Steps

Cook kpomo with seasoning and onions until tender and set aside

Heat red oil and pour in sieved potash mixture keep stirring until it starts to turn yellow then add ground crayfish pepper and ground ehu seeds until well incorporated

Add the cooked kpomo into the red oil paste and stir well and season to Taste

Put it back on the stove to simmer for a few minutes

Garnish with onion rings and utazi leaves (don’t put too much leaves as it’s very bitter)
