500 gmchicken
1onion chopped
1 tbspgarlic paste
1 tspginger paste
2 tbspcurd
3 tbspmustard seeds and green chillies paste
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Marinate the chicken with salt turmeric and curd
2

Heat oil and fry onion chopped
3

Add garlic and ginger paste and mix well
4

Add marinated chicken and saute well
5

Cover it till the chicken is soft
6

Add mustard seeds and green chillies paste and sugar mix well
7

Simmer adding water and cook for 10 minutes.
