Steps

In a pan or pressure cooker place your meat with ginger/garlic paste and let boil till soft.set aside

In a pan fry the onions till translucent then add spice of choice

Add the tomatoes and cook till well done then add the tomato paste

Add the meat without the stock and cook

Add stock to the meat and simmer
- 6
Lastly add the hoho and a little bit of the dhania and let simmer for a few minutes

Remove from heat and add the rest of the dhania...serve hot with accompaniment of choice.served mine with fresh homemade naan
