    هلو یا کمپوت را نگینی کرده و در ته ظرف میریزیم

  2. 2

    گندم برشته را روی آن ریخته

  3. 3

    ماست چکیده یا کم چرب را به ظرف اضافه کرده

  4. 4

    مربا را با مقداری آب میوه مخلوط کرده و یا میتوان از مارمالاد استفاده کرد و بر روی ماست میریزیم.

  5. 5

    در نهایت از تکه های میوه برای تزیین استفاده میکنیم.
